2. User Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

All orders placed through bettylouisegossler.com are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours or that you have the authorization to use it. Payments are processed securely. 4. Shipping and Returns

We strive to ship all orders promptly. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our specialty coffee products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of verifiable product defect or shipping error. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter an issue.

5. Subscription Service Terms

Our specialty coffee subscription service offers recurring deliveries of carefully curated beans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select (e.g., monthly, bi-weekly) until you cancel. You will be charged on your selected billing date. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal on our website. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be provided for charges already incurred for shipped orders.

All content present on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Betty Louise Gossler or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
