Our Story
My journey into specialty coffee began with a single cup of naturally processed Ethiopian coffee. The explosion of blueberry flavor was a revelation—I never knew coffee could taste like that. I was hooked.
That obsession led me down a rabbit hole of home roasting, endless reading, and cupping hundreds of coffees. I founded this roastery in my hometown of Morgantown to share the excitement of that discovery with others.
Today, I operate on a simple principle: source incredible, ethically-grown beans and roast them lightly to let their true character shine. It's a small-batch operation, driven by a big passion.
